While awaiting moderation print then provide to Ron
Kosloff to read.
Everything written here in the article is true although I dispute 2 things:
Humans can consume more than 200 grams of complete protein daily although after 21 days they will experience colon toxemia etc let alone the ingestion process for humans can not assimilate complete protein without fat then complete protein will aromatize to sugar and be stored as fat on the body without being consumed with fat.
The whole thing proves complete protein is not the most important thing instead fat monounsaturated and saturated is the most important thing let alone people can not can consume up to 800 grams of the fats daily with nothing else and survive fine.

Another thing how much complete protein anyone can consume or how much the stomach can hold:

There’s NOTHING to debate, the idea is stupid as hell! Who gives a fuck what the stomach can hold? THE LINING AND WALLS OF THE STOMACH WILL EXPAND AND STRETCH THEN ADAPT AND ADJUST. Anyone who do not know anything this basic with an understanding of bio physics or credentials in food science is too retarded or misinformed! Because a fuel tank is man made and can not adapt and adjust the human body and system are designed to adapt and adjust. Anyone who says otherwise is not worth wasting my breath to argue, challenge, contest, debate or dispute with.

You can consume as much complete protein at one sitting as you like, there is no magic number above
which the complete protein can not assimilate, consuming more simply slows gastric emptying.
The same percentage of protein will still be assimilated whether it be 80% of 30 grams or 80% of 300 grams or more, consume 80% of all complete protein requirement all at once preferably 1 hour pre-workout, the first 4 days 100% turns to sugar, the 5th day 70% turns to sugar, the 6th 40% turns to sugar and the 8th day 80% will be assimilated due to the fact the lining and walls of the stomach expand and stretch then adapt and adjust.
