Shocking, but it doesn't come as a surprise. Society is being controlled by industries, the food industry, health industry,...
The food industry produces foods packed with fats, sugar and preserving additives. The health industry makes huge profits on people with poor health. It's a vicious circle.
A true (money-)tragedy

The notion that massive amounts of complete protein are necessary during training have evolved from the ancient beliefs the great strength could be obtained by eating the raw meat of lions, tigers, or other animals who displayed great fighting strength. Today, although few athletes consume raw meat, the idea "you are what you eat" is still widely promoted by food faddists.

During the early 1900s, when muscles were discovered to contain complete protein, athletes and coaches mistakenly concluded complete protein was the principal component. (Actually, it is water.) These complete protein beliefs were further reinforced during the 1930s by Bob Hoffman (1899-1985) and later by Joe Weider (1923- ), both of whom published magazines who catered to bodysculptors and weightlifters. They asserted athletes have special complete protein needs, complete protein supplements have special muscle-building and health-giving powers, and the most efficient way to get enough complete protein is by using supplements. The scientific facts are otherwise. Muscle-building is not caused by consiming extra complete protein although by the nitrogen retention complete protein can induce. It is stimulated by testosterone stimulation and cortisol suppression more than anything else although Human Growth Hormone, Insulin and Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) have a big role as well. Once basic complete protein needs have been met, the small additional amount needed during intense training is easily obtainable from a balanced diet. Few Americans fail to consume to be deprived of complete protein although
they do not assimilate the complete protein they consume due to the fact they diminish the assimilation
by consuming water, sodas, juices, grains, starches,
flour and processed cane sugars with the complete
protein simultaneously or when red meat is well done or medium well the complete protein is destroyed or when poultry and seafoods prepared with enough heat to
destroy the salmonella the complete protein is also
destroyed as well.

In 1968, a larger number of products came under attack by the government for similar reasons. In 1972, the FDA seized three types of York Barbell protein supplements, charging that they were misbranded with false and misleading bodybuilding claims.

In 1974, the company was again charged with misbranding Energol and protein supplements. The oil had been claimed to be of special source of vigor and energy. False bodybuilding claims had been made for the protein supplements.

During the 1970s, in addition to protein supplements and assorted vitamins, the main products touted to athletes were wheat germ oil and bee pollen (falsely claimed to boost energy and endurance).

Athletes who consume a balanced diet do not need extra complete protein or vitamins, you do not need much extra complete protein even to enlarge your muscles.

For example, 1 pound of muscle contains only about 100 grams of protein, since composed of more than 72% water. So if you are gaining 1 pound of muscle every week in an excellent strength training program, you are assimilating only about 100 grams of complete protein each week, or about 15 grams of complete protein each day, with this being the case assimilating
100 grams of complete protein daily can pack on possibly 1 pound per day.

I can also state there are over 10 different ways to
generate nitrogen retention without consuming high amounts of complete protein.

While awaiting moderation print then provide to Ron
Kosloff to read.

Everything written here in the article is true although I dispute 2 things:

Humans can consume more than 200 grams of complete protein daily although after 21 days they will experience colon toxemia etc let alone the ingestion process for humans can not assimilate complete protein without fat then complete protein will aromatize to sugar and be stored as fat on the body without being consumed with fat.

The whole thing proves complete protein is not the most important thing instead fat monounsaturated and saturated is the most important thing let alone people can not can consume up to 800 grams of the fats daily with nothing else and survive fine.

Lyle McDonald (Universities & Medical Communities In France)

Another thing how much complete protein anyone can consume or how much the stomach can hold:

Lyle McDonald (Universities & Medical Communities In France)
There's NOTHING to debate, the idea is stupid as hell! Who gives a fuck what the stomach can hold? THE LINING AND WALLS OF THE STOMACH WILL EXPAND AND STRETCH THEN ADAPT AND ADJUST. Anyone who do not know anything this basic with an understanding of bio physics or credentials in food science is too retarded or misinformed! Because a fuel tank is man made and can not adapt and adjust the human body and system are designed to adapt and adjust. Anyone who says otherwise is not worth wasting my breath to argue, challenge, contest, debate or dispute with.

Bryan Haycock MS, CSCS
You can consume as much complete protein at one sitting as you like, there is no magic number above
which the complete protein can not assimilate, consuming more simply slows gastric emptying.

The same percentage of protein will still be assimilated whether it be 80% of 30 grams or 80% of 300 grams or more, consume 80% of all complete protein requirement all at once preferably 1 hour pre-workout, the first 4 days 100% turns to sugar, the 5th day 70% turns to sugar, the 6th 40% turns to sugar and the 8th day 80% will be assimilated due to the fact the lining and walls of the stomach expand and stretch then adapt and adjust.
